Our History

Finit Solutions was founded in 2002 by Rob Cybulski and Angie Apple, both former Arthur Andersen employees from the Hyperion consulting group within Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting division. Finit's mission from inception has been to efficiently deliver effective solutions and to exceed our clients’ expectations on every project.

In 2002, Finit became one of UpStream Software’s original consulting partners. By 2004, Finit was UpStream's preferred consulting partner and handled the implementations for UpStream’s largest and most complex clients. In the meantime, Finit continued to deliver superior solutions to a fast-growing number of Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) clients.

When Hyperion purchased UpStream in 2006 and rebranded the product "Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDM)," Finit became a Hyperion preferred consulting partner. 2006 was a year of tremendous growth for Finit; we experienced 3-year revenue growth of over 750%, and we were later recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the top 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States.

In 2007, Oracle purchased Hyperion, and Finit became an Oracle Certified partner. Finit quickly became a leader within the Oracle Hyperion community. Ed DeLise, Vice President of Sales, founded the Hyperion Special Interest Group (SIG) within the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG) and served as the President for its first 2 years. Rob Cybulski, President of Finit Solutions, is the Hyperion Enterprise, HFM, and FDM domain lead within the Hyperion SIG within OAUG. Finit has a strong presence at both the Oracle OpenWorld conference each fall and the Oracle Collaborate conference each spring, leading presentations and roundtable discussions at both conferences.

In 2008 and 2009, Finit was again recognized as one of the top 100 fastest growing private IT Services companies in the United States by Inc. Magazine. In addition, Finit was recognized as one of the top 100 fastest growing private companies in the greater Philadelphia area. Since 2002, we have expanded our product offering to include not only HFM, FDM, and Hyperion Enterprise but also Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Data Information Management (DIM) and all related reporting tools.

We now have consultants in 12 states and have assisted clients in 25 states, Canada, and South Africa. We are proud to say that 100% of our clients serve as references, and our mission has remained the same: Efficiently deliver effective solutions, and exceed clients' expectations every time.
