UpStream to FDM Conversions

Finit Solutions has assisted many long time customers of Upstream Software upgrade their Upstream Weblink applications to the current version of Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDM).

Finit is upgrading clients from Upstream to FDM and implementing the following new functionality:

• Adapter by Location, which allows users to integrate with multiple target systems from a single FDM application.
• Active Reports Engine, which allows clients to view, create and customize their own FDM reports.
• Enhanced Dimensionality, which allows for the storing and mapping of up to 23 data dimensions and 14 attribute dimensions.
• Target System Drill-through, which allows users in HFM, Hyperion Enterprise, Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning to drill through from data grids to see their source data in FDM.

Due to Finit's extensive history and trusted relationship with the Upstream Weblink software, we are one of only two Oracle partners who have access to an Upstream to FDM conversion utility that dramatically simplifies and speeds up the conversion process. In addition to the full database conversion, Finit has also assisted clients in converting custom scripts and reports to make them compatible with the latest version of FDM.
