“The collective skill set of your staff is exactly what we need.  Everyone I have met has been extremely qualified and professional.  Your ability to take our requirements and make them reality creates reporting efficiencies we could not have done without your services.  I also like not having to constantly monitor your “progress,” because I know that when we initially sit down to define and scope out the objectives of a given HFM project, you know exactly what we are looking for and if there are any roadblocks, you stop and ask before going down the wrong road. I think, more often than not, other service providers interpret directions differently and take projects in a different direction than intended, which creates wasted effort and billed hours, as well as frustration!
